Zane Campbell Gibson planted the first vines on the Farm in 2008. There are now 4 hectares of vineyards which produce Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz grapes. Anton is learning the ropes slowly and works alongside the advice and watchful eyes of a local viniculturist to gain experience and confidence to develop his own signature harvest.
At present the Farm has a Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Rosé Shiraz in the making and limited bottles of each will be available every year, keeping the quality great and the quantity small and manageable. The days spent tending the vines and grapes is a seasonal time to be enjoyed and offers a reprieve from the daily operations of the Guest Farm.
