VILLA (Sleeps 10-12 Guests)
The Blue Gum Villa is a new offering to the Estate and is perfect for large families or two families travelling together.
The Villa has two Master en-suite bedrooms, as well as a 3rd King bedroom. The fourth room has 2 sets of bunks – Remember when you have bunk beds, the fight over who gets the top bunk is a near constant argument, so best for he kids to do rock, paper, scissors in the car beforehand 
An additional sleeper couch can be setup for an additional 2 guests.
The Villa also features a full kitchen and scullery with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and chest freer. There are two extremely comfortable lounges, and a TV with DSTv access. Renting the Villa also allows guests access to all the amenities on the estate including Tennis Court, Boule Court, Swimming Pool, Hiking Trails, Restaurant and Play area.
MOUNTAIN VIEW ROOMS (Sleeps 2-5 Guests)
STANDARD | The one Bedroom Mountain VIEW Rooms are decorated in a tasteful English-Country style combining soft colours, comfortable furniture & beautiful wooden floors. Each room has a private verandah facing the majestic Overberg mountains. A King or Twin beds are available as well as an extra bed that can accommodate two extra people.  The en-suite Bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The kitchen includes Stove Top, Microwave, kettle, toaster and plentiful cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is an inside fireplace as well as an outside braai area with utensils and grid provided
DOUBLEÂ | The Two Bedroomed Mountain VIEW Rooms are a delightful interleading family room option for families with children. They are decorated in an English country style combining soft colours, comfortable furniture and beautiful wooden floors. The Rooms contain a King Bed and a set of twin beds in the adjoining room. An extra mattress can be moved in for an additional person on request. The family unit has the same kitchen, bathroom and braai setup as the One Bedroom Cottage.
FARMHOUSE ROOMS (Sleeps 2-4 Guests)
The Blue Gum Farmhouse was built in the 1930’s, the house overlooks the pond and Stanford Valley. It has been converted into 3 Spacious and Luxurious rooms. KING beds (can also be made up as a TWIN). Nature inspired and tastefully decorated, each have bath and shower facilities and are equipped with a mini fridge, kettle and microwave and basic homeware.Â
2 Rooms (Junior & Deluxe Suites) with Hanging Nets over the Bed and 1 Honeymoon Suite. The Honeymoon Suite has a Large Bathtub in the Bedroom as well as a Double Shower. Romantic and Perfect for Honeymooners on their Wedding Night.
