ACCOMMODATION
VILLA (Sleeps 12 Guests)
The Villa is perfect for large families or two families travelling together. It is decorated in an African Colonial style with large rooms and a rambling old farmhouse feel. The building has an adjoined House (the Blue Gum House, although quite separate).
2 x Master En-suite Bedrooms, 2 x King Bedrooms & 4 Bunk Beds on the Landing – with shared Family Bathroom. Just a Reminder! When you have bunk beds, the fight over who gets the top bunk can be a challenge, so best for he kids to do rock, paper, scissors in the car beforehand 
Full kitchen & scullery with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and chest freer. There are 2 x comfortable lounges, and gardens all around. Access to all the facilities on the Farm include Tennis Court, Boule Court, Swimming Pool, Hiking Trails, Café and Play area. A short walk from the Villa.
MOUNTAIN VIEW ROOMS (Sleeps 2-5 Guests)
The Mountain VIEW Rooms are all decorated in a tasteful English-Country style combining soft colours, comfortable furniture & beautiful wooden floors. There are 5 x Rooms adjoined in 1 x Large Building. Each room has a private verandah facing the majestic Overberg mountains. The en-suite Bathrooms have both a shower and a bath. The kitchen includes Stove Top, Microwave, kettle, toaster and plentiful cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is an inside fireplace as well as an outside braai area with utensils and grid provided. These are located close to the Play Area, Tennis Court, Boulé Court, Café & Swimming Pool.
STANDARD | 1 x Bedroom, 1 x Full Bathroom. The is a Sleeper Day-Bed that can accommodate an extra 2 Guests or Kids.
DOUBLE | 2 x Inter-leading Bedrooms, 1 x Full Bathroom. The Inter-leading Bedroom is big enough for an extra mattress if needed.
BLUE GUM HOUSE (Sleeps 2-6 Guests)
The old Owners Cottage has been converted into a comfortable, cosy guest house. It has a light and bright atmosphere with large panoramic views of the Farm & Mountains around.
2 x En-suite Bedrooms, with Twin Beds in the OPEN Lounge Area (for Kids or Extra Adults).
Full Kitchen with all the Working Appliances needed.
The back stoep has a Ping Pong Table and opens onto the lawns with loungers ready to rest and embrace the outdoor early morning sunrises & late afternoon sunsets. The perfect spot for some restoration, relaxation & simple rest and recovery from daily life.
