The Gibson Family has owned Blue Gum Country Estate for over 20 years. It has been through challenges and many different chapters over the years. Anton de Kock & his wife, Tarryn (maiden Gibson), along with their 3 Kids & 2 Kitties are now back on the Estate with the goal of making it a Family Run, Family Friendly Estate. Oupa & Nana (Gibson) and their Faithful Border Collie, Skye, are retired but always around and enjoying watching the Estate develop with Family Back On Site.

For Anton and Tarryn Blue Gum was about creating a Simple Countryside Space for Guests to make Fun-Filled Memories. Providing a haven where guests could take time to do nothing, enjoy the views, sip a glass of wine or cuppa coffee, savour the fresh clean air and redefine values and lifestyles.  These are important components that our busy lives seem to have lost.  Very often less is much, much more.
